July in Review...

It has been a long, hot summer. One of the hottest on record! We are on 30+ days of 100+ degree days and it looks like we will go well over 40 days. Let's just hope we don't go into the realm of the summer of 1980 with 60+. I was too young to remember that summer but something tells me I won't forget this one.

We have been keeping busy, despite the heat wave.

We started off July with our annual Independance Day Celebration at the lake and out boat dock. I was bad and don't think I have any photos to share, I need to dig through some friends FB pics and see if they might have any they will let me share.

Lainey got a new big girl bed!

We also went to a Ranger's game!

We played in the pool and the sprinklers A LOT.

My Dad turned 60 a few weeks ago and the kids had a blast sliding down the slide at a local Steakhouse we went to for his birthday celebration.

Popsicles were a MUST!

And we ended the month with a great day trip to the new Aquarium, Rainforest Cafe and Legoland. We all had a blast!
